- Coffee House Bulletin Board - Contact event coordinators and local bands managers
- Blogs - Develop a working dialogue with the editors of the local blogs
- Media Buyer - Gather pricing and demographics stats from all the local, print, radio and television media companies.
- Sales - Contacting the owners of the Boutiques, Home Decor & Dining in their city and surrounding areas.
- Document each day's performance in a CRM program. (Customer Relation Management)

- Cost per ad with detailed info of size, time duration and demographics totals
- Link to graphics image, spot or video and cost of artist work
- Bid offer - Clients can pay for anywhere between 1% - 100% of the ad cost
- Ad purchased - only once bids reach 100% sold; no obligation to the client for a bid until the ad bid has successful reached the 100% sold
