SheSaidPics is a Mall with window display space for businesses in cities across the US. You are a leasing agent with the responsibility of leasing space & talking about your tenants on social media, that's all you do! You get paid rent / commissions from your tenants each month they are there.

COMMISSION LEASING AGENT

• 50% Commission for Client's Signup Fee
• 25% Commission Client's Transaction Fees
• 25% Commission Client's Cost $$$ Amount
• 25% Commission Client's Advertisement Ads
• Starting with two year guarantee contract on all client's contracted

COMMISSION REVENUE

• $300 Signup Fee - (money down towards transaction fees)
• $0.99 Transaction Fees - Apps Restaurant Order & Retail Order less than $100
• $0.99 Transaction Fees - Loyalty Rewards
• 5% - 10% Cost $$$ Amount - Home Decor Projects, Catering Events
• 5% - 10% Cost $$$ Amount - Retail Sales over $100
• Advertisement Ads placed on SheSaidPics.com

This is an estimated commission revenue structure
The Sale Package=loyalty rewards+eCommerce+Mobile& PC Ads for a fee of $0.99 per transaction.The figures are calculated from an estimated sale of five new clients; restaurants or retail per month. The dollar amount of the average commission was calculated from $85.00 per month. Additionally a sales person was recruited each following three months(four per year; their sales=original sales person).

You tell a business about SheSaidPics and setup a phone call meeting. Then we sell a $300 Co-Op signup fee, you receive $150 Cash.
