Marketing Strategy Manager - Retail

SheSaidPics is seeking a Marketing Strategy Manager to work with local retail advertisers. The Marketing Strategy Manager is about understanding clients' business goals and objectives and providing solutions that deliver results. The Marketing Strategy Manager needs to be able to close sales and draw an audience on the social media platforms. It is important to be a creative thinker with awareness of all the functions and events in the community and offer recommendations by identifying opportunities in the marketplace for clients to market their business. Clients' successes are our successes!

Candidates will:
1. Develop and grow relationships with advertising clients in the fashion, home decor, health & beauty, wedding and dining industry
2. Build presentations and present information, research, ad concepts or other elements to clients
3. Develop creative solutions and media programs - out of the box ideas across multiple advertising platforms
4. Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on understanding of business, target audiences and goals
5. Assist in ad design conception - messaging, branding and overall imagery
6. Assist on other projects as needed

Requirements
1. Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships with clients
2. Impeccable organizational and project management skills
3. Ability to pull research from available tools, analysis and present it internally and externally in a simple and creative format
